I am Italian from the Sarde region. My kitchen, I learned it from great starred chefs like Davide Bisetto, and in large houses in Torino, Milano and Corsica. When I met Johanna, whose specialty was room service at the « Casadelmar » In Porto Vecchio, our common passion could only lead us to create our restaurant!
Italian cuisine is a vast area of exploration, rich in flavors and diversities. All our Dishes are produced on site, with market products, ultra-fresh. We look forward to a small trip to Bordeaux in the heart of Italian gastronomy.
